Christopher Man Arrested After Nearly $34,000 Counterfeit Dollars, Fake Payroll Checks Found in Home

Franklin Co. – An investigation is ongoing following the arrest of a Franklin Co. man in possession of 10’s of thousands of dollars worth of counterfeit bills and fake payroll check. According to a release from the Christopher Police Department’s Facebook page, a search warrant was served at the home of Michael Eskew on Friday. During the search, nearly 34,000 in counterfeit bills were discovered along with several fake payroll checks and drug paraphernalia. Eskew faces several charges. A court date has been set for August 7th.
