Three Behind Bars in Relation to Recent Home Burglary in Rural West Frankfort

Franklin Co. – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office says three people were recently arrested for their alleged involvement in a daytime home burglary in rural West Frankfort. Sheriff David Bartoni says 35-year-old Bradley J. Braden of Elgin and 37-year-old Timothy K. Vice of West Frankfort are both charged with residential burglary, theft and possession of a weapon by a felon. Vice is also charged with violation of an order of protection. Forty-five-year-old Miriam Espinosa-Jimenez of Elgin is charged with residential burglary and theft. Braden and Vice are being held in lieu of $100,000 bail. Espinosa-Jimenez requires $75,000.
