ELDORADO – The Egyptian Health Department has begun accepting appointments to give COVID-19 vaccines to individuals that live or work in Saline, Gallatin and White counties that are Phase 1B.
Those eligible in Phase 1B include persons 65 years and older, frontline essential workers like first responders, corrections officers/inmates, food and agriculture workers, postal service workers, manufacturing workers, grocery store workers, public transportation workers, education, and shelters/adult day care.
If you meet the criteria listed, call the Eldorado office to make an appointment at 273-3326. Appointments are required and walk-ins will be not accepted. If possible, you’re asked to bring a Work Identification/Driver’s License showing that you qualify for Phase 1B.
The health department will be working with local healthcare providers to continue to provide vaccinations in the community. They’ll continue to give the COVID-19 vaccines to individuals that live or work in Saline, Gallatin and White counties that are in Phase 1A.
Officials asked for patience as appointments may be delayed due to limited availability and logistics,
