Four Sentenced in Hamilton County on Burglary, Drug Charges

HAMILTON COUNTY – Four people were sentenced in Hamilton County to the Illinois Department of Corrections Wednesday on various offenses.

According to Hamilton County State’s Attorney Justin Hood, 46-year-old Lowell V. Moore pleaded to 2 counts of Burglary, both Class 2 felonies. He will serve 4 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections. He was arrested by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.

Thirty-year-old Emilee Duckworth pleaded to Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, a Class 3 felony. She will serve 5 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections. She was arrested by the Hamilton County Sheriff Department and originally placed on two years probation but was resentenced to the Department of Corrections to serve concurrently with another White County case for 5 years.  

Forty-two-year-old Randall Cottrill pleaded to Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, a Class 3 felony. He will serve 4 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections. He was arrested by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department.  

Fifty-nine-year-old Alan Rubenacker pleaded to Aggravated Driving Under the Influence, a Class 1 felony, He will serve 4 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections with 1 year of parole to follow his time in custody. He was arrested by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department.
